Penn has the biggest hookup culture in  the Ivy League . More pump and dump. Very Miami [/quote] complete BS . i have two kids at Penn (‘24,’27) and neither they nor their close friends were like that. Half the group were in long term relationships the other half dated occasionally or not much at all, more into parties with the girl group but no dates, and many weekends too much work to go out late and really party. More of a grab dinner as a group or go see a show[/quote]
