Most of the blame, yes, but then again at no time in American history could an incumbent party win after the very unpopular incumbent sitting POTUS backed out of the race for a second term 3 months prior to Election Day. Biden sealed the deal for a guaranteed GOP victory regardless of who the GOP nominee was.[/quote]
