DD went to Pepperdine and her brother to Miami. 80% of their friends at both schools applied to both. Both Private Schools, similar rankings over the years, similar wealth profile of student body, similar stats, both on the coast. Sure, one is Christian, the other is not, but I’m telling you, this is not as big of a draw(or not) as you would think. None of my DD’s friends are hardcore evangelicals. As a matter of fact 3 of her best friends (they have a tight group of 9 girls) aren’t even Christians. [/quote]
