I just bought a couple pairs back in February and they called me to say my rx was missing it and to go into one of their stores so I could get measured and they'd update my order. [/quote] There are free apps that help you with the pupil distance- I use GlassesOn Have bought through lots of different online places (had a rambunctious child who went through 19 pairs in one year - those $20 guarantees from the eye glass stores will fix them exactly one time), and have come to the conclusion that expensive glasses/frames are a complete ripoff. Our entire family now buys glasses and sunglasses online[/quote]
