He pushed his casino plan twice - and both times voters soundly rejected it. Guess who has been funding his political coffers? He ignored Richmond's infrastructure to the point that our water system failed for a week in January. In fact, he failed to spend infrastructure dollars provided by the Biden administration to perform required maintenance on the water system, and ignored a critical EPA report for several years. Richmond is doing reasonably well despite, not because, of Stoney. He's basically a 21st century Marion Barry. [/quote]
