Of the 20 or so young girls who turned pro...maybe 2 of them look legit so far.  The girl for the Spirit unfortunately is a total miss...I actually feel bad for her when I watch her play.  I'd love to talk to the people that thought it was a good idea to push her "pro" path at 15.  Totally ridiculous, there are girls in the DMV the same age playing club that are better.[/quote]

If you are developing professional soccer players it is only the top 2-3% who play after 16-18. So that would mean the only 2-3% of the girls/women playing now in ECNL/GA and college would be playing. Professional soccer has a much higher wash out rate because the bar is much, much higher.
