Also, one thing that was said to her since she worries about money (though she has plenty for care) is that she is lowering the value of her home. If she ever agrees to go to a residential, either all of it will need to be redone or the house will need to sell as is at a lower price because it is only desirable for someone with a disability and not even someone with significant disabilities. The appeal of where they live is school district, but the school district isn't great for special needs and it's not a desirable area for a senior to age in place.[/quote]
