Honestly we need to get back to textbooks in all subjects. This mish mosh of teaching with random videos, worksheets, excerpts, etc is not working. It's HARD for parents to follow along or help their child when they have to navigate via Schoology, hit or miss updates from the teacher, and updates from their elementary school aged kid. BRING back textbooks especially in math, science, and English.
Reid and Gatehouse have spent their way deeply into debt. Much of the excess spending was on extra “assistant principals,” administrative staff, and equity initiatives.
No one on school board that would hold her accountable and they only rubber stamp spending amounts. From what I have read here, if any parent asks questions, they are shut down by being called MAGA even if that’s furthest from who they are. $5 billion increase in spending in 5 years? Will they listen to teachers? Seems no but maybe they are only hope of voice to be heard.
