Just because you are too lazy and dumb to research publicly available information doesn't mean fraud was not identified. Congress (both republicans and democrats) had access to all this information. If you ever bothered to watch a congressional hearing, you would see that congress (both sides) often cited GAO or OIG reports. So they knew of any fraud, waste and abuse. they hold the purse strings and the authority to hold agencies accountable and chose to only TALK and NOT take action. [/quote]
