Each week, he would identify the hardest working player and have them take home the trophy(ies) for the week. It motivated the kids to work hard and he made a small recognition ceremony out of it each week. As the year went on, more trophies were added and more kids got to take them home for the week. Then the process started over in the fall time. [/quote]
