You can take up to 2 online AP classes each semester for MCPS credit. Take PE during the day and do the online AP at home.
Really? Do you have a link that explains this?
NP- But kids can take OPTG (Online Pathways to Graduation) which has some AP classes, though not sure how many. They are asynchronous classes that require a once-a-week class that meets online for an hour. They are taught by county teachers, though taught is a stretch as they are asynchronous. My child did honors English, and not an AP class, so I don't have a lot of details about those classes. Overall, it was a very good experience and allowed my child to get his English credit to graduate early. As a PP said, kids can take 2 classes each semester.
