The waterpark is great and you could spend several hours there. Go-kart track there is nice too. I think you could do both in one day (just bring a change of dry clothes). The water park also has a deal where you go for the second half of the day for half-price (I think after 2pm). So you could go to the beach in the morning and then to the waterpark in the afternoon. Make sure to check Groupon and Certifikid before you buy a pass--they often have deals around this time.

In terms of where to stay, I would look in West Ocean City but traffic can be bad getting into Ocean City so keep that in mind. Jolly Roger does have free parking. Rehoboth is definitely nicer than OC but unless you are staying in downtown Rehoboth, parking there is a nightmare during the summer.[/quote]
