Our providers don't even eat the food and I thought they were required to[/quote] I'm sure this sounds bad, but I'm not exactly sure where everything comes from. A lot is prepared from scratch (or close to it). For example, if the meal is chicken stir-fry, the rice is cooked on-site, the chicken is cooked on-site, the veggies (I think) are a frozen stir-fry mix, and the sauce is already made. Hot breakfast is also made on-site (pancakes, French toast, etc)[/quote]
