[/quote] +100 Also my child's high school coach is not a good coach at all. I would not want to give the coach access to my child's workouts. She demands that kids run at high intensity at all times (even long run and recovery days). It has lead to flat results and high injuries. Not going to give this coach any more information than necessary.[/quote]
