As a judge the lack of respect has got to be irritating.[/quote] I've convinced they bring these suits so they can get access to discovery and go fishing for anything & everything, even though there is zero probable cause. If you can get access to the email system of any organization, you can find a crime (purposeful or inadvertent). [/quote]
