If the answer to any of these is no (or you don’t know) then you need to document, report it, request an FBA, and ask for proper training in case there is an emergency and it needs to be done. Do all of this in writing. If they don’t address it within a week, ask again. If they refuse to address it then I’d personally refuse to work in any classroom where this is happening and would not return to that school district next year. It’s a huge liability and you’re putting yourself at risk by working there. [/quote]
