We felt that we wanted to give the teachers a little something special in addition to a thank you note. We did not want to spend too much to make it "awkward." We also gave it to the teachers in Sept/Oct after they wrote their recommendations. You are welcome to have your own opinion as to what amount is appropriate, but you not accuse me of thinking that teachers' time is worth $10.[/quote]
