No, this is more DOGE cuts.  The EPA plans to roll back to Reagan-era staffing levels - so that means they'll be firing all of the Energy Efficiency employees including Energy Star.

No one, obviously. But they're doing it anyway, and while lower courts have variously enjoined or permitted dismantling of congressionally created or mandated agencies or groups, the Supreme Court has not yet spoken.  Even when they do, the president has decided that Article III cannot tell Article II what to do, and so far, Article I is leaving it all up to Article III.  Apparently we have a king now.  [/quote]
