Our school here does not offer pre-algebra to 6th graders, but she is at the top of her class (in a very high-performing school) and consistently scores 98th+ percentile on her math standardized tests. I read in a post on here that there is a pre-algebra course she could take over the summer in order to enroll in Algebra 1 as a 7th grader in the fall. Can anyone offer more information? I don’t want to wait until we are officially enrolled as by then, half of the summer could be gone and we are stuck trying to cram it all in before the end of August.

I have reached out to Deal but as I await their response, I wanted to check here for personal experiences as well. Thank you![/quote]
