[/quote] I agree she needs to be paid for all waking hours plus food stipend since she doesn’t have the opportunity to cook from home. But she doesn’t need hourly rate for overnight UNLESS she is in charge of wakeups or sharing hotel room with kids . But yeah, she can’t take an evening sitting job the way she could at home, so you need to pay her for all the time she is awake (like 16hr: day) if she is a nanny. If she is a high school aged babysitter you can very likely offer less- such as hourly rate for when she is sitting, plus an extra hundred a day. But that’s only for a teen. [/quote]
