B – Responsibility/Initiative
C – Completion of Homework
D – Cooperation/Respect
E – Effort
F – Call for Conference

So to get an F, one must not use class time, take no initiative, no complete homework, show no respect or effort. Those are CATEGORICAL variables. Grades are linear! This is a very basic statistical concept. Based on the above, you could have a A, B, C, D and still statistically make a 90% or 80% in a class. Illogical.
