[/quote] Considering the property damage and outrage, and looking at his mug shot he doesn't look wealthy at all, he will get railroaded into arson charges if he cops a plea and is dumb. Even if he is smart or they give him a proper reckless burning charge, he could still be facing some jail time and fines. Possible civil suits also? Not completely sure about that area of law.
