There is a glut of used clothing - US thrift, consignment, etc can only sell a small fraction of it and the rest is shipped overseas. Since there is so much competition, they can't sell for much and some of what they buy won't sell at all. I think new with tags Boden probably sells for $15-20 and the store has overhead.[/quote]
