There is no one “compounded drug” that is weaker. Any of the compounding pharmacies I have tried are effective but I vetted them thoroughly beforehand. Go to the compounded tirz reddits if you want feedback on your particular pharmacy, OP. But you need to calorie count and exercise. Of course you aren’t losing much, you are eating 3 substantial meals a day and drinking wine. Cut out the alcohol completely and do intermittent fasting while counting calories. [/quote]
