If you are trying to give a reasonably smart, yet normal, kid a leg up, it's like putting lipstick on a pig. Universities see through this as many reviewers are academics. Maybe your kid could volunteer on a professor sponsored research project at a school they want to attend? It's better than dressing up average.[/quote]
