[/quote] Just wanted to respond that both boys and girls lacrosse teams generally have cuts. I'd say that if a kid has a couple of seasons of rec, though, I believe they can generally make JV (boys and girls). Cross country is no cut and has a great team culture. If your kid wants to do that, they should try to get some running in before the season starts just so they aren't miserable for the first couple of weeks. Note that all of the fall sports start in early August. [/quote]
