DC Circuit had just partially lifted the stay and said that RIFs could be conducted on a particularized basis. CFPB then immediately put the same plan into effect from before (trying to fire about 85% of the entire agency). So not particularized/reasoned at all. Classic. I’m sure they will move to get this stayed again as a violation of the court order. [/quote]
