2. Maybe with provisions of appropriate punishment and rehabilitation.

4. This is going to need help as people don’t want all the medical history shared.  The President is still a person.

This is a good start.  I’d had

1. Change the reporting of the US Marshalls to end with the Supreme Court as there needs to be an enforcement body not reporting to the President.

2. Requirements for a full budget every year with CR’s only allowed in very specific situations.

3. Terms limits for Congress and requirements for them to appear in person or visually at least twice a year to constitutients.

4. Requirements in the number of actions for a Congressperson to take in a year

5. Limiting the scope of executive actions

6. Required review by states every 50 of laws still existing on the books so those no longer needed or agree upon by constituents can be removed.[/quote]
