Trump "paused" the tariffs. This means he has ended up. He calls it a "pause" to save face. Maybe I should have said "dumped the US treasuries on the open market" instead of "call in the bonds." The point is either country could negatively affect the economy of the US if they wished. Trump blinked. OP [/quote]
