If not, why do you expect your body to be the same? If you’re healthy, focus on keeping yourself healthy. If all you’ve learned in all these years is to define yourself by a number you see on a scale, get Ozempic and book an appointment with a therapist so that your 3 kids don’t turn out like you.[/quote]
