He is not bright enough to knowingly be a Russian asset or the mastermind behind all of this. But he is an instigator and others figured out how to use him and play him. Like anyone with the mindset of a 12-year-old bully, he is capable of deciding he wants to: 1. Rule the world 2. Get revenge on his haters 3.
