Here are some dem reform ideas off the bat

-start with the journalist reset (that is super easy), assemble a commission on who knew what about Biden and when, then roll some heads based on the findings; 
re-establish relations with the enforcement branch of us law (ie police and badge wearers).  That takes words then money.

Acknowledge the gains made in immigration control -/and vow to examine and rebuild a better system,  where the ideals and spirit of America can still thrive even under current realities.

finally, keep leading even after you lose. Don’t hide like the last person.  They are the definition of non leaders. I am ashamed of them all; but that veep- she probably was a reluctant leader anyway [/quote]
