I've noticed a slight bias in favor of Latino and South American players, which may work for or against you.  We've had bad luck with the coaches, so we're moving on next season along with a few other families from our team.  My advice would be to learn as much as you can about the future coach of the team and his/her leadership style before committing to a full year.  Sterling tries to sell the idea of a unified methodology with their practice drills, but it's still a night and day difference between the coaches who truly care and those who don't.[/quote]
