Either you're on the phone, or have very poor reaction time. You don't need to wait until the intersection is clear - lights already have a delay, and if you're paying attention looking around when the light was red, there's no reason to wait. And then there's the swerving, veering into another lane. Put down your G-damn phones, people. If you've been honked at, that means it's time to change your behavior. [/quote]
