I explained to the office manager that we are on the top floor, so if everyone else's heat is on, our apartment is stifling during the day, but if it's 30 (or lower) at night as it has been lately, we need to be able to run the heat as well. So far no answer but I am just confused- I have never lived anywhere, house or apartment, where the HVAC can't run air at some times and heat at others. [/quote]
