So yes, it sounds like your child was found ineligible and then the oversight committee found a problem with the application.

There is the local steering committee that "completes the HOPE Rating Scale", and then there is the Central Steering Committee that "evaluates all available data using a holistic approach".  What additional subjective approach does the Oversight Committee use and towards what objective? [/quote]
