If your DC does a sport, they will be fine They do some runs and pt, but nothing as hard as actual plebe summer. There's a day where they yell at you to give the high schoolers a taste of what plebe summer is like, but for the most part, it is a lot of learning about what the academy has to offer in regards to academics and what daily life is like To add, in order to be a summer seminar detailer, you have to be top of your class.
