It is a churn and burn but and some last longer than three years. It’s like every where. The team and supervisor makes the difference. When it was wfh longer hours were much more doable. Jazzy. A work those hours as he has tons of help and not raising his kids or having much of a marriage. The makes a fortune. Most in Amazon don’t. [/quote]
