What exactly do you buy? As the last post states you can buy the only ingredient needed (peptide) to make semaglutide (Ozempic) or tirzapatide (zepbound). The slang in the gray market for those are "sema" and "tirz"

Basically, you need only two ingredients: the peptide of your choice and bacteriostatic water. The water can be bought on Amazon. Mix both, and you get GLP-1 ready to inject. Several videos on YouTube show how to mix peptides (sema or tirz).

Peptides are legal; you can buy or sell them only for "research" purposes and “not for human use.”
