[/quote] We are a country, and if there is ONE thing the federal government MUST and SHOULD do it is to help the citizens of all states when disaster strikes. That is literally the point of a federal, centralized government. SO yeah, you subsidize the parts of the country that have earthquakes, tornadoes, fires, volcanoes, and other natural disasters even if you don't experience them. [/quote]
