Net worth is assets (which includes things like real estate) less liabilities and since you say that the man has no debt and is spending several thousand a month in cash (bc he has no debt) what you really want to know is his monthly income.  Knowing his net worth will not tell you this bc not all assets produce income at the same rate.[/quote]
