I would eat instant mashed potatoes forever as long as the package wasn't open. Bread crumbs? Not that long. Rice noodles -- forever. The things that last basically forever are dry and can't sustain life that way so can't spoil. I just ate some coconut yogurt that was 2 years past the expiration date and was fine. It was hidden in the back of my fridge and a bit frozen though.[/quote]
