I looked at their website, but it looks like the kids start French at a very young age, and that would be an issue for my kids coming in. The older one is in love with Latin and the younger one has been in Chinese for a few years. Flint Hill offers both starting in middle school. Congressional offers Latin in middle school. SSSA offers Chinese in HS. I'm surprised more VA schools don't offer Chinese, or offer it earlier.
Mine started FHS in 8th, which is awkward b/c is in the middle of the language cycle. They did 7th grade (French + Latin) with the 7th graders. The teachers are so sweet and supportive. The DCs will be ready for French, Latin II if they want. There is a troll who hates FHS on this forum. Glad I never looked here before I enrolled. FHS is nationally ranked in Latin. And they have Chinese, also. We are very happy there. Also, they have an interesting approach to Science in 9th, and the teacher seems very good. Best of luck in your search.
