The issue pretty much goes away on days I don't take Adderall, but so does my productivity, clarity, and drive.

I already have anxiety to begin with and know both Wellbutrin and Adderall increase anxiety, but the hair stroking seems to be the only bad thing about a medication that is finally making me feel less scatterbrained. Anyone have any advice or any other ADHD med experiences to share? I have talked with my psych about it but lowering the dose was really the only recommendation I've received so far and we haven't yet talked about trying another medication because of the many positives I've experienced.
