Very few states have laws for adult children to provide for elderly parents, and these are almost never enforced. Most patients in nursing homes with behavioral issues are medicated into a stupor. If he's alert and strong enough to refuse those meds, it's going to be very difficult for the staff to deal with him... and it won't be your problem either! [/quote]
