Call or email and ask if they have a plan in case the building lease is lost or the program is canceled. Many of these providers have other staff and other locations and would look to move you in the event of a closure. See if it sounds like they have the capacity to at least temporarily relocate everyone to a reasonably close facility. Then, decide what you can live with in terms of uncertainty. You could also keep yourself wait listed at some other options to further hedge your bets.[/quote]
