For some reason I've had mild acne on my face the last year, and while I am seeing a dermatologist for tret, abx, etc. I wanted to try a light mask. You need a mix of red and blue for acne, and because acne is considered a medical condition my FSA paid for it. My derm did say it's more about maintenance though. You'll see the best results with tretinoin and an antibiotic but the mask will at least help maintain the results.[/quote]
