I have years of experience in the drug industry dealing with development from the bench to the market.  I know tons about international regs and standards.  Is Switzerland a solid choice if all you can speak is English? I see Singapore uses English for business, but I've never heard of too much biotech there.  UK is an obvious choice, but salaries are low and housing costs are high.  Where else to pursue? I just think STEM in the US is pretty much over and the US being a world technical powerhouse is done.  Countries should be trying to pickup massive talent from the US while they can. It would be massive booms for their economies.
