Over the weekend, they had a sale and a 5lb bag of russet potatoes was $1.99, though it's currently $3.49 You don't need the plastic to microwave a potato. I usually just stab it with a fork, put it on a plate, and either cover it with a damp paper towel or I don't dry it after washing it and I just put a bowl over it.[/quote]
