You're remarkably well-informed for a non-owner. [/quote] NP - I recently shopped for ranges, and heard multiple times that Wolf is basically the equivalent quality to a GE Profile. More options, but you are really paying a lot for those red knobs. If induction is not an option, an open burner range is a far better choice for heat control. We have a Blue Star, and it's great. If you're looking at 48", I'd get a French Top with 4 additional burners. I have no experience with the AGA. [/quote]
